OK Factory Terms and Conditions Thank you for using OK Factory, a platform that supports and promotes the made-in-Ukraine trade. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all purchases made using OK Factory. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you, the purchaser (“you”, “your”), and OK Factory (“us”, “we”, “our”). By using OK Factory, you agree to be bound by the Terms. You are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. 1.4. You may not transfer your account to any other person or entity.
2. Purchases
2.1. All purchases made using OK Factory are subject to the manufacturers’ terms and conditions.
2.2. OK Factory is not responsible for any goods purchased using OK Factory. All responsibility lies with the manufacturer.
2.3. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to OK Factory is accurate and up-to-date.
2.4. You agree to pay all applicable taxes, fees, and shipping costs associated with your purchase.

3.1. OK Factory owns all intellectual property rights related to OK Factory.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties
4.1. OK Factory is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of OK Factory or the information, content, materials, or products included on OK Factory.
4.2. You expressly agree that your use of OK Factory is at your sole risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. OK Factory will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of OK Factory, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
6.1. These Terms and your use of OK Factory are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
7. Changes to the Terms

7.2. By continuing to use OK Factory after the Terms have been updated, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
